Savannah Jewellery is made to the highest standard using quality materials, therefore to prolong the life of your jewellery so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come; we ask that you take the time to review the care instructions upon receiving your jewellery.

Should it be necessary, Savanah will carry out any repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, free of charge for three months from the date of purchase. Thereafter, we will be happy to repair your jewellery for a small fee. Please contact us to arrange this prior to returning your jewellery.

We regret however, that any jewellery damaged as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.


On making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page.

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using a wide range of materials. Sometimes it can be difficult to match size, colour and shape of the beads exactly to those shown in the images on the website, so please allow for some small variations to the images shown.

All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling.

Please note that items sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.

Savanah Jewellery may offer promotional codes to regular customers from time to time. Please note that only one promotional code can be used at any one time.


Our return policy applies to the UK customers ONLY.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer an exchange or a credit note of the same value on all items that have been returned within 7 days of their receipt. The exchange or credit facility is valid for 60 days from the receipt of the returned item. Exchange only applies to items that have been returned in their original condition (unworn and in the same packaging. We accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Any orders returned will be subject to a postage and delivery charge to be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please email us the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will receive an email with your Return Merchandise (RM) number along with shipping instructions.

Return Process

Please allow 7-14 business days after the item(s) has been received for us to process your credit note.

Cancelled Orders

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please email us at Savanah Jewellery.
There is a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Special Order items.

Packaging Your return items.

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a credit note, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise (RM) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
